I have to say I am one of those sitting on the fence awaiting decisions to make judgment on the ways and wherefores about Bruce and Ebay.   However as I said earlier I do feel that if Bruce sets himself up as an on line auctioneer in competition with Ebay I feel his policy's will win over the Ebay site. I say this as Bruce seems to always have been fair in his trading.   Anyhow I will add that I do feel his hidden bidder policy is all wrong, that is not condusive to honest trading, lets face it he could have an army of shill bidders and if not seen then the prices can go high without us knowing why.
