If Bruce starts his own on-line auction, similar Heritage, that would be a private business venture and he has every right to do that.

If, however, Bruce is inclined to do a public service, and help our hobby in addition to his business venture, by providing AN ALTERNATIVE to ebay, then he must sell, together with all other movie poster dealers/collectors, in an all encompassing, neutral auction similar to MoPoBid.

That's my opinion.

I do not agree that EBAY did just SHUT BRUCE up. This would just cause Bruce do speak up more aggressively and the small termination of Bruce could wind up becoming a huge avalanche for EBAY. Something else might have happened or maybe EBAY is really that stupid. Basically, we know from Bruce what happened but not from the other side EBAY to know the facts. I cannot imagine Bruce doing anything wrong in a major way. Sure, having an employee bid on his auctions was wrong and the anonymous bidding should be forbidden but every seller can select his own auction methods. Bruce should take this chance to commence next steps to not go back to EBAY and start his own internet auction similar to Heritage or others. Bruce is large enough to make this feasible. Bruce name stands for highest quality and service possible in movie poster sales and auctions.
