There are over 1,000 movie poster auctions going on at www.MoviePosterBid.com right now. Not
going to do a big list... with this kind of selection you really need to take a
look yourself... maybe run a search... and see what strikes your fancy. I will
mention briefly:
There are a large number of really great lobby cards from the
1930's and 1940's ABOUT TO CLOSE in just a few hours... great starting prices,
too!
And a few hours later there is a wide choice of pristine one-sheets from
the 1970's and 1980's -- including some of the more interesting and exotic
titles you don't see that often. This time frame is probably the last of the
true "theatrical" era of collectible movie posters (when posters were still done
by NSS and produced in limited quantities for theaters only, instead of
being printed up by the zillions for over-the-counter-and-web-sales). And the
prices on many of these titles is still in the true bargain range.
