when i started collecting in the 80s, i knew only Movie Collectors
World. I posted ads, and did obtain quite a bit back then, including a
NOTORIOUS one sheet from a dealer. Who were you? I paid about $1100,
and you delivered it to me in my New Jersey office (just outside nyc). I
recall that you lived in the upstate ny area.
it has always been my favorite poster because of the design, stars,
title.
ironically, although the one sheet was on my Want List for awhile back
then, i purchased the insert two weeks prior to that (because i wanted something
on that title), through MCW. They have both been displayed since i
acquired them.
So, whoever you are...........thanks.
(do collectors with large collections recall how they acquired
each? does each acquisition have a story?)
