Wow. I'd say we just completely ended the debate on whether or not a seller
can successfully sue an unmoderated public forum for slander, libel or
statements "damaging" to their business. After checking out the www.scam.com forum I've seen more slander, libel
and statements damaging to more people in 10 pages than in the entire existence
of MPT and MOPO put together. If the people and businesses "damaged" by the
flood of rumor and innuendo -- along with a few bits of genuine information
-- flowing though this website every day can't successfully sue www.scam.com , then Jon Warren and Scott
Burns have absolutely nothing to worry about.

Before we all go stampeding for the free money, let's make sure
we don't
stampede over a cliff. In just the few minutes I spent
researching this
company I got LOTS of warnings that it might be a complete
scam at worst, or
a highly unreliable company, with so-called- shady
characters involved. I
don't know anything more than that, but everyone
should have a look around
to see what sources other than greenzap itself
are saying. Here's one link

I'm sure there are lots of other
places where it's being discussed and
researched.
