Todd's absolutely correct on this one. this is indeed a "fake" from the 1960's or early 1970's. The shot of Frankenstein is from "Son" and Karloff NEVER got top billing on any of the original release paper from Frankenstein. Colin Clive got top billing, Karloff got fourth! Karloff didn't get top billed on a Frank film until Bride in 1935!

if it was from son of frank, karloff had added a little weight and the monster would have scars from the fire at the end of frankenstein.
I think it's an image from the scene when the monster is with the little girl, but it is from teh first film without a doubt
