P.S. I don't normally like to leave negative feedback but this is now the third time this person has been a winner on one of my auctions and not ponied up. He is in Massachusetts and likes Western movie posters. He also changes IDs frequently because he has done this tom me under a different ID 3 times in the last 6 months or so.
