I can somewhat understand the rationale of a dealer in requiring a buyer to post favorable feedback before doing so themselves. But also look at how this looks to a buyer such as myself with a 1200+ favorable rating. It does give an impression of arrogance and even seems to be bribery by the dealer to obtain a favorable feedback. I myself remember back when I bid on Bruce's auctions and he required that I provide favorable feedback before he did the same. That is exactly the impression I got. I sell on ebay and I usually wait until I think that the item was received and then post the feedback. I have been burned on 2 occasions with undeserved negative feedback but overall it seems to work. Ralph Plumb
