Yes, I get 3-4 of them daily. The best thing to do is send these emails, with full headers, to

[EMAIL PROTECTED]. With the header information attached, ebay can shut them down. It is a pain, but I do it every single time. Likewise with phony paypal emails. Send them to [EMAIL PROTECTED].
