Presumably it can do, but not always. Sometimes sellers drop items they
decide not to sell, they find that there is something wrong with the
description, they might think they are selling it too cheaply, etc, etc.
Maybe an item isn't getting any action and they think it's not worth
risking a low result, so there are many reasons why may be the
case....But in some cases I think your assumption may well be correct.
