 > Another thing that is confusing is that Scott said the recent MOPO distribution problems were cleared up, except as they affected AOL users.  Well, from the minute he said the general MOPO problems were cleared up, I've started receiving the MOPO messages as normal, even though I am indeed still an AOL user.  I see no continuing problem with AOL users receiving MOPO messages.

Laura:

Consider yourself one of the lucky ones.

There are a number of other MoPo'ers who still aren't receiving MoPo posts regularly. So far AOL has been absolutely no help in solving this problem. I have registered complaints about their blocking of mail from the AU listserv, but have received no replies. Not even an automated one.

Their recommended "fix" (placing the MoPo posting address in your address book) has not worked for many people.

It's not AOL bashing that's going on here. I have no problem with people using AOL. I have a problem with their overzealous reaction to spam filtering. I too hate the barrage of e-mail ads for sexual enhancement products, etc. but at least I know my ISP is passing through *all* e-mail sent to me. I use my own spam filters to sort through the junk. I don't need electronic hand-holding from my ISP.

I'm hoping that this problem can be solved for those of you still having delivery issues.
