Hi Michael - if you and/or the other party want to go through the
hassle, pay Feebay some money and get the neutral removed, there's a way
of filling in all the dropdown boxes, etc. and it might get removed.
We recently got a negative feedback for a lobby card from a bidder who
thought it was a DVD. Despite being listed in lobby cards, clearly
described as to what it was, clearly pictured and cleared stated THIS IS
NOT A DVD OR A VIDEO, they left an abusive negative which thankfully
showed them to be the idiot they were, and sent an abusive email as
well. They were a zero rated feedback. Last time I looked when I left a
negative on them they became a - 0 feedback.
This is a good example of why we never leave a feedback until we get a
feedback froma buyer to indicate they have rec'd the item and are happy
with the trasnaction. Learned that one early on, thanks to deadbeat
bidders who bid on numerous items and then decide what they are going to
pay for. eBay is full of them. We have a very high level of repeat
business because we do what we say and describe items as to what they are.
Don't worry about your neutral. You have a good rep, and that's what
counts. Certainly don't pay money to have something removed that's not
your fault, that's for sure. As it is, Feebay only refunds final value
fee on deadbeat bidders - they don't refund the listing fee. Why give
them more money?
They do nothing to support or protect sellers. The days of suffering
fools gladly on online marketplaces is well and truly over. Does one
suffer them in the real world? Hardly.
Best,
Phil

Hi Mopo from aol/cs land,
Is there anything to be done about neutral feedback. I got my 1st non
positive feedback from a customer who had trouble following my payment
instructions
to paypal me from www.paypal.com instead of directly from ebay. He obviously
never read my billing all the way through because when he finally got it
paypalled he didn't sent the billed amount that included the sales tax and I
had to
rebill him.
I blocked him as a bidder, replied to my neutral feedback and left him a
neutral (he already had 1 neg) with the same businesslike response. Any way to
get rid of it completely?
Little help? Michael, cinecityposters.
