[MOPO] ebay --- "BEST OFFER"

i believe that the "MAKE AN OFFER"-"BEST OFFER" option on ebay started 3 months ago, or so. 

 

i collect original movie posters & old french enamelware, yet i have never seen this option in any listing.

 

maybe a good idea...........but was it a total flop for ebay?
