I posted to this forum a few weeks back about a seller who never stated
he didn't accept PayPal until after I'd won the auction and sent him
payment (the PayPal payment had to be removed) Since then I've written
him twice, the first time to ask for what kind of payment he did accept
and to suggest he state  shipping methods he doesn't accept more
clearly on his auction pages. I received basically no response, but a
rehash of his first email ("I don't accept PayPal") which must have
been the result of PayPal contacting him a second time. I still don't
know where to send payment, but I do know he's in NYC (so am I) and
wrote him back asking if I couldn't come by with payment for the items.
I still haven't heard from him and my feelings are getting on the
irritated side since I think the next time I hear from him is going to
be another impersonal demand for payment. Do I have grounds to just
drop this transaction? I lose interest no matter what the items are
when things start going this stale.
