Your feedback should just state the facts:
"Seller did not indicate this paper-backed poster was
folded AFTER backing."
(use the caps for AFTER so he can't claim in his feedback "my
description said the poster was folded").
And maybe you should make it a "neutral" feedback rather than
negative since it is still a good poster and you got a good price.
If you use anger, and words like "liar" in your feedback
people will ignore your feedback as ravings. If you go too far, eBay will remove
the feedback for abusive language.
Remember, he will leave feedback of his own for you. Even if
you leave a neutral, he might still leave you a negative. Perhaps you and he
should agree on the feedback before you leave yours?
