The problem with risking getting a negative back is one sided. Only sellers need to worry because the amount of negatives a buyer gets is basically irrelevant. A seller is interested in getting paid so if a buyer has a lot of negatives, so what. Mr. seller is not sending the goods until the money arrives. A seller, on the other hand does not want negatives and that is whay I don't give them any more. Although I am a collector, I do intend to sell one of these days and a good record is important.
You can talk about the problems with ebay's feedback system all day but you are titlting at windmills. It will never change from what it is at this time.
