I e-mailed the Portal guy also and his first response was:

Then I said....
This is a wonderful response. You might be surprised by the number of
dealers who just get utterly nasty when I've tried to help them be
honest. Thanks for not being one of them.
Finally he said........
i do know what you mean , those are the small minded sellers , stupid
and pigheaded , we just have to forget about them .
