I've just finished a research report for a group that is interested in
investing in remediation after Hurricane Katrina.
The state of the art for dealing with mold in structures is now treating
them with a machine that uses dry ice. The spores are killed and can
just be vacuumed off and, of course, dry ice is not wet. Someone might
want to try it with a poster that has no great value, monetarily,
sentimentally or in terms of the art work.
