that would be under the homeland security act, not to check al shevy's mail
for proper mail classification. I noticed he charges $6 for media mail per
comic. priority mail with tracking is $4.30 for a flat package. Maybe he
should change from media mail to first class or priority to aleviate the random
inspections.....
