Thanks, all. I didn't respond, but it was quite sophisticated. The respond button took you to an Ebay site, or one that looked exactly like it. No 'Singapore' address.

In fact, when I did get the reply from Ebay (they said they could not identify the member), Ebay suggested I reply to the sender's ISP with the word 'abuse' in front of the @. The problem with that was the ISP was Ebay.com -- so they wanted me to respond to [EMAIL PROTECTED]; I had already forwarded it to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

This was the best scam I've seen in a while.
