I'm with everyone else at this point. While I want to see people continue to alert MOPO when they have a problem with a buyer or a seller that they simply have not been able to resolve privately after trying everything they can -- there is absolutely no point in both sides hashing over the details over and over again. David (and others) have made their complaint(s) against Al quite clear.
