Well I guess I'm getting kicked from here because this is the last straw.I'm
not going to call you any names or accuse you of anything Rich. I'm calling
SCOTT out on this one.Scott you sent me a email.You asked me to back off and
I tried to. You also told me QUITE CLEARY that NAME CALLING, INNUENDOS and
GOSSIP were not allowed on this list. Well what is this CRAP. I Want to say
something here QUITE badly and I am having a hard time not doing it because
you asked me not too but this is TOO MUCH. It is the same few people on here
that do this not just when I come up but others. To name a few they are RICH
HALEGUA,CLAUDE LITTON, the WDPOSTERS GUYand a few others. Why do you allow
them to continue this?????Why have you not sent them a email about the rules
on here and why are they still doing it?????
I cant stand people who rip people off either but worse I can't stand people
who talk about other people and DON'T KNOW what they are talking about and
spreading MALICIOUS RUMORS and LIES.I also cant stand censorship in the
guise of supposed RULES that are enforced on one and not others.
I really want to say some things to Rich but I told SCOTT I Would not do any
TYPES of response to this group anymore like I did but I am having a hard
time not doing it. I Really am.
I have NEVER called any one a thief or rip off like some of these people do
on a regular basis on here.They do it freely and quit often in the guise of
PUBLIC info to the benefit of this group. When in fact it is nothing but
GOSSIP,INNUENDOS and MUCK RAKING.
I have quite a lot I would LOVE to say to RICH right now. QUITE a lot but I
Will not.
I will end with this.
I have been sending items and receiving items in the mail for DECADES
also.Not in just selling my items but my other business also. I have MANY
times received DAMAGED items and EMPTY packages. MANY. I have never accused
ANYONE of being a THIEF or MORON because of this in a PUBLIC VENUE. Yes I
know some of it is out right THIEVERY.But I also know things do happen and
on a REGULAR basis. I have received packages from PUBLIC RELATION agencies
that were so poorly packed that the posters were hanging out of the tube
when it got here. Tubes with no padding.This happens all the time. I have
received plastic bags with torn labels in them from packages that I never
received that the post office says where damaged and I'm sure they were
stolen items. I've received empty boxes and boxes that were tore open in
shipping and not just a few times.
I've said it before and Ill say it again SOME PEOPLE ON HERE I COULD CARE
LESS if they respect me or not!!!!!! But when they start talking crap about
me I will be here to respond. Others go the silent route and say nothing and
let it ride . Not me.Ill stop here before I say something I really want to
say. Oh by the way I NEVER SUSPECTED |MY NEIGHBOR OF STEALING ANYTHING.
NEVER. The DAMN package was delivered to my neighbor. I know they did not
steal it. Never thought it. I did not notice the package was open until I
went to open it and saw it was sliced or tore open.

in my 39 years of mailing out packages, I have only had a single package
get lost on it's way to the recipient. Also in that time only 1 pacakge
never arrived on my door & I am absolutely positive 100% it's because the
ebay seller never ever sent me the books I paid for

package" was a piece of art that a freind of mine sent via fed-x to
another person in NYC and he claimed it arrived empty.. A $10,000 piece of
art.. even though the package arrived sealed.. Hmmm.. I guess it sounds
like a conspiracy. Everyone was out to steal my friend's piece of art. Oh
yeah.. it was a conspiracy of one. The thieving recipient.
Well you know what Al... unless you can actually prove that the box did
arrive empty (which we don't believe).. you as a dealer still are supposed
to return his money.. same thing for the 2001 poster, and the fact that
you don't isn't just bad for you .. it becomes bad for all respectable
dealers because when one dealer rips off somebody.. every other dealer
loses the trust of that buyer as well. face it.. maybe you're just bad for
all of our businesses
We all know what's going on here.. it's just that in a free society.. even
an ignorant moron can have his say in public because that is his right.
You know what, I don't begrudge even an ignorant moron his rights.. but I
don't give him a single ounce of respect, and you Al.... You don't
deserve anyone's respect..
