These people literally Spam Millions of people through allsorts of weird software. I was talking about it today to an IT technician at work and he says there is very little you can do to catch them, it's like a hornest nest. I was also speaking to a Lawyer freind today who says that this side of the internet law is very hard to monitor compared to other areas of internet law. The internet service providers do a hell of a lot to track them down and inform the authorities, it's just near impossible to stop it. A great shame!
