Agree with you about "A Star is Born", and
this is one of my favorites as well...the image is beautiful, too in the half
sheet.
In fact, I watched "A Star is Born" (and
Meet me in St. Louis) over the holiday, as I got a Judy Garland DVD set for
Christmas. Great historical clips from the Pantages theatre premiere, the
premiere party at the Cocanut Grove thrown by Jack Warner, and I listened to all
4 versions of "The Man that Got Away".
It was great to enjoy that movie again...and
hear the energy in that voice, now silent.
Not gay, just a movie fan!!
Has anyone on the list seen "Step into
Liquid"...if so, what do you think??

Well........all this talk about stickin' a needle in your eye and rump
rangling.......I can't wait to see this movie now! And to think I was just
going to see it because I love Ang Lee and both the guys are cute!
