If you had the choice between buying an original release dead card from
your want list or an important scene from the re-release version, which
card would you buy?
Both definitely have their place and I never would scorn a good looking
re-release card with an interesting scene.
But, if I had to choose one or the other, the original dead card would
be it. The border art is usually moodier (especially comparing
Universal with Realart) and the coloring not as gaudy. So many Realart
cards with that yellow! The dead card also gives me more of a "you are
there" feeling.
Any other opinions?
