i am the one who started the thread here on MOPO.... I HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED FROM MOVIEPOSTERFORUM.COM   it seems that Andy does not know how to deal with people.  He creates problems, rather than working to solve any issue  Then he lies on this MOPO forum, because he cannot censor in this arena.   I would have been agreeable to friendly exchanges, but he became hostile.  He left no room for an amicable resolution.  When the respected poster dealer/expert Henry of PosterMint wrote a post on MOPO in my support, HE THREATENED HENRY!!!!!   How dare Andy do that?  But, Henry won't get hurt, because people respect him.  I do.  Henry has knowledge about posters, respect in the poster community, and just an all around nice guy.  I dont see anyone giving accolades to you, GOODFELLA.     I received many, many posts supporting me publicly.  Unlike Henry, approximately 25 people wrote to me privately ( because they are afraid of retaliation); i expect more emails, since we all know that weekend MOPO postings are few.  WAIT TIL MONDAY!!!!   For the record, what tipped me off that MOVIEPOSTERFORUM censors (although i have heard that before) was the following post to one of my threads/subjects from the member named: "harmonica":   Michael -  Maybe you are not getting any replies because many knowledgable collectors are banned from this forum and others do not like the bans?  FWIW it's a great poster, but I know nothing about the unusual paper.  Tom   That thread was called:  THE GREAT LIE - bette davis, insert, your thoughts on this poster on this most unusual "paper".   My name on MOVIEPOSTERFORUM was "Michael".   I am sure Andy is afraid to censor that post, now!!!   When i saw the above response to my post from Harmonica, i realized that one of my postings of a day earlier was gone.  It was a discussion of the importance that postings be informative or share a story, give advice, ask a question, etc.  I, also, said that one member (without naming him) feels the need to waste time and make silly, meaningless, unimportant comment to inordinate  numbers of  posts.  This is not defamatory, but i am sure everyone would THINK it was GOODFELLA!!!!!----YES, ANDY because his posts are soooooooooooooooooo stupid, boring.  And everyone knows that.   When I made a posting the following day, merely asking if my prior post was censored, HE CENSORED THAT ONE, TOO!!!!   Anyone else would have addressed this with me by email, rather than just mere censorship.  SO, I INFORMED MOPO.   I thought my posts over the last year or so added to the site,  Read them!!!!   Even GoodFella comments on them, albeit, boringly.  One Goodfella comment to my postings was as recent as yesterday about my thread dealing with MISTAKES ON POSTERS.  (it generated about 25 responses or so.  Compare that to the dribble that Goodfella starts.)   It wasn't my intent to cause a fight.  But when I was suspended, i was not going to be silent.  My Great Lie thread did say, MOPO has been a better resource for me.   Maybe, Andy is the blame.  Maybe Andy was insulted, and decided to get even with  me for applauding MOPO. I won't be making anymore interesting posts there........  I might, from time to time, read the stuff as a non-member, but ONE SHOULD NEVER PARTICIPATE IN ANY FORUM OR NEWSPAPER WHEN CENSORSHIP OCCURS.   MPF posts are on the decline.  I guess Andy will continue with his boring stuff, trying to keep the site alive.    I do agree that posts should not defame other members.  Mine did not defame.  But Andy, who appears to me to be very thin-skinned, with no other life except to sit by the computer 24/7, with no unique knowledge of posters nor an interesting collection, and his boring comments and threads (and who cares about his stupid puzzles).....got scared that he thought people would think it was him i was referring to an the "boring contributor".   JR, a very smart contributor on this site, said that sites that censor usually self-destruct in time.  How true.   i recommended a dozen or so people to MPF, but i will not tell them to leave.  That would be juvenile, similar to the coward who censors because he doesn't like the message.  REMEMBER-----i did not defame anyone!!!
