I think the reason that very few people mentioned Dennis here is because
most of his posts tended to be condescending, and perhaps a tad mean-spirited
and rude. Or, at least, that's what they would seem to people who didn't
know him (he'd probably get a chuckle out of that).
He did have one of the best collections on Earth though...

I was speaking to Ralph Deluca a few days ago and he mentioned that
Dennis Thomas passed away. I immediately asked who he was. I never
heard of him. I have been on MoPo many, many years and have never heard
this man's name mentioned. I am sorry about a man who passes away at
such a young age and offer my sincerest condolences to his family.
However, as I said, his name has never cropped up on this venue. The
lack of response to his passing here on MoPo is not surprising to me.
