You can add George Helmer of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to the list. I had to go through the Attorney General's office to get the money back that he stole by not delivering posters. He was running four separate ebay IDs at the time, all with numerous negative feedbacks.
If the St. Petersburgh Poster Company in Florida still exists, you can add it to the list as well.
