the amount is irrelevant.   all transactions imply a reasonable, safe shipping method.

 

the snide, unfeeling comment reminds me of the unscrupulous seller who misleads with false descriptions who then says......"but i gave him a full refund"-----   BUT.....the disappointment factor of the buyer (who waited a week in hoping to win, then another week until it arrives)  is callously overlooked.

 

one should never do anything to cause DISAPPOINTMENT to a buyer.
