He'd never seen the original film, had never heard of the song THE MORNING AFTER, and had no clue who Shelley Winters was! This guy wasn't unintelligent or uninformed -- in fact, he is employed by Vanity Fair magazine. However, he is young and grew up familiar with names like Meryl Streep, Jeremy Irons, and Fergie of the Black-Eyed Peas, rather than Marlon Brando, Elizabeth Taylor, and, dare I say it, Carol Lynley?
