Thanks for passing this on... Looks like the seller penitentman83 is about
to cash in the feedback he's built up and go for a big score on the con. This
was the technique Joe De Prenda had down to a fine art... spend a year or so
doing legit business, build up a reputation and some trust, and then scam
everyone at the end of the cycle.
Since this solicitation he sent you is in violation of eBay rules, I'd
definitely report it, just to cramp his style a bit. If Walter does the same
over his non-delivery transaction, two complaints coming in on the
same seller at the same time from two different people might... possibly... get
eBay's attention.

auctioned by this guy might make for some interesting
reading.
