I believe the two (original and reprint) can peacefully co-exist. I know when friends visit our place they generally say "cool posters" and not "hey, the Vertigo looks real and the Kong fake."
I thought it might bother me as the freak collector but I rather like have the smaller Kong size reprint. I still makes quite an impact and fits rather nicely w/ Vertigo, Lawrence, and Breakfast at Tiffanys.
