what do you get..? basically Ive been in business since 1977 and have
sold to 100s of thousands of collectors , collector shops, major retail
stors. theme parks like Disney , Universal , warner Bros.. and every
kind of entertainment concern from proffessional Camera shops..to
about anyone associeted with the Motion Picture Industry..
Im selling because... at 50 in aug.. I have beome unable to get out of
a Building ive been liveing inthat I gave up in a divorce in year 2000..
My entire last 6 years Ive tried to sell off , Move and Its beenone set

of association plus its a feel good name for anyone that sells Movie
related product andhas a History of being a Umbrella for bot pro and
consumer memorabilia items. The name has been used on a line of Movie
products.. these products are also included and the equipment to make
them , assemble them is there. Some parts are availible and you would
also get all the intellectual property associated with the items.. The
transfer of copyights and trademark would at your cost,.
The many many areas of growth potential are mind boggleing... the brand
name would be great on apparel and the company name has been used and
signage and is very visual and memorable.
Also it could be licenesed out to others..
I have many ideas for additional items andfor the buyer that the

At this point I have decided that selling may be better than
relocateing due to the prospect of moving and needing to get space
around the business when i would like to think more residential living.
