well Folks... I wouldlke to thank Mopo for all the support especially
last 6 years,,, believe it or not I am finally getting a new Home..
about a month ago I was given arequest to either Move out by July 5th
or get a furthur increase in rent by my ex.. So I have been on
a faster than lightning sell off and moveing crusade... Fisrts a word
about Humility or should i say be humiliated... I have grown to see that
it can be humbleing ad a important way to understanding others as
Pride... can make us feel above others and when you lose control, or
stability you can be overwhelmed by embarrasement..
In my quest to find a home I had numerous set backs,,However i also was
able to see into many peoples lives.. Amerca is interesting
at the moment as we are all experianceing rapid change unlike never
before,, the gas prices seem so surreal as I see many of the larger than
life pickup trucks that were jist being sold only a few years back.. I
wonder what he logic of creating these or someone buying one.. when they
get 10 miles a Gallon.. thats like 3.00 to drive 10 miles?? what??? when
a Toyota Corrolla gets 39 miles a gallon or 3.00 to drive almost 4
times as he others.. well.. just amazes me.
and as I seached for a House i found many of te sellers had bought
bigger houses before they sold the Old house and have two mortgages..
so they overpaid for both houses and cant sell or even rent at what they
paid.. so they want someone to pay thier inflated prices.. NOT me.
so I decide to rent for a year,, No down payment.. and I will have a
brand new built apartment thats actually like a condo as they have 2
cargarages attached and all the amenities of a House and all you pay is
for a year.. thenwant to move?? no problem geta new place... sompe and
easy as for equity??? well that seems like a Joke as people seem to
have borrowed against every dime of equity to keep up with gas prices
and heating electrical... so I plan to live real modest and use the
least of elctrical for air and heat and minimum gas.
I do plan to upgrade my vehicle as my Rusty 89 areostar just dont get it
in my luxery apt community. Its funny as I must look like sanfrd and
son or beverly hillbillys when i stroll in..
so heres the Poster part..... well see I dont own any furnishings and
my decorating skills are definately not getting it... when I went to
look at couchs theysaywell whats your style or tatse... I thought,,,
wow... I have no idea... as I have lived with on a childs bunk bed(
single) witha mattress like straw, a steno chair, a Imac , and a 15
inch tv in a 10 x 10 bedroom for 6 years! so its like Ive been in a
nun cell or jail.
so I almost cant imagine the apt as it has 2 bedroom a kitchen and two
bathrooms! and a liveing room and even aoutside patio!
also i hvae a Pond with geese in it and a Fountain...... anyway... if my
son wants to come he would live in luxery.
and I can use ne bedroom as a computer room and the garge to work in
and pack orders the garge is finshed like a Room.!
anyways... a miracle happened on June 13th a man who was interested in
my stuff Bought two truckfulls.. even though I sold it at a loss it was
what i needed to make this move a reality in the time needed.
I still have stuff left to sell on ebay and i have the manufactureing
still as it didnt sell on ebay as a Business... I still have been geting
phone orders and have made products even though stuff is in Boxes.. I
would be surprised if I was makeing orders as the truck went down the
street.. its been very odd and strange. But You people have made my
life better and the ability to last without giving up. THank YOU!
heck Freeman Fisher placed a order for some Goodies and I was able to
ship that , Thanks FREEman!
so my question.. is do I decorate with Movie Posters??? if so Ill need
to have Mopos Sue Hiem the great do my frames so I con be so oooh La
la.... ten i can hang some reels and put a Movie reel clockup and a
clapper hahhahahhhhh Can u believe this..??
maybe i should go with Duck prints? its so wierd.... I have o idea
what to do.. I think I may be Forrest Gump incarnate..
I have absoluly no Idea how to do this... i guess i start with a couch??
man im stumped... stumped GUMP??
maybe i should dcorate wih a shrimp motif... Bubba Gumps shrimp
farm.....sombody call a doctor please. :)
