Y'all,
Ah, now I understand why Steve brought it to our attention... but I don't
see the point in that speculation. You can't prevent someone from buying a
poster just on what you think they *might* do with it. Or rather, you can, but
if the seller did decide to ban a specific ID from bidding, does anyone doubt
that the banned bidder could simply turn around and bid with another ID, or have
a buddy bid for him? Far better to worry about the repros we already know are
out there.

Loce was the current high bidder, and that by selling to him we run the risk of
even more bootlegs being put into the marketplace. Simple equation – if
people shouldn’t buy originals from him as it helps support his business and
making of repros, shouldn’t we also not sell to
him? From: MoPo List

Behalf Of Steve, Not sure what you're on about by sending us this link...
are you intimating that David Lieberman of Cinemasterpieces.com, who is selling
this poster, is offering a repro as an original? Surely, you're aware that Dave
is highly respected in the community and has been one of the few people besides
Dan to publish detailed and authoritative articles on his website about the
"minty white" inserts, STAR WARS and PULP FICTION repros and many other
issues? Please see: ... so what are you saying in this
post? -- ----- Original Message -----

on the market soon? Seems no one is apparently too worried about it,
cause this is the land of the almighty dollar!
This is exactly how these things start - a nice, rolled
copy of an original poster gets in the hands of someone without any scruples,
and Bam! Now we're looking at more GAU logos through microscopes. Sigh. Visit the MoPo
