Dear Tom
It was a steal and I bought it.
this poster never sells in the middle of the summer, the demand for it is almost exclusively in November and December, so I was able to buy it for a lot less than its value.

Subject: [MOPO] "White Christmas" (Paramount, 1954) Linenbacked One Sheet "Heritage"

Any theories as to why this one sheet poster from "White Christmas" only sold for $475.00 in the Heritage Auction? It was laid down on linen and maybe some restoration might have been a deterant. This sold to a floor bidder in the auction. Do you think if it had been non-backed and restored it would have performed better? These one sheet's usually perform a lot better on this classic Michael Curtiz title. Maybe a fluke?

Thank's!
