I can't reference reply because the MoPo server kicks it back to me as
"rich text." I've never understood that.
Anyway, your post was so interesting. Another question: I didn't know
about the forties' "tough guys;" how do they sell in comparison to
thirties' tough guys? Does Cagney sell better than Powell or about the
same? And where does Rita Hayworth figure into the picture?
Not asking these things for any particular reason but the previous post
about which stars don't sell got me thinking about which ones do.
