As far as the relisting goes.... I do tend to put a watch on items I am interested in. If it is too high for me and goes unbid I keep an eye on seeing if it gets relisted at a lower price or the seller adds a "make an offer" option. Starting lower has on many occasions worked for the seller when I saw it go higher than their original post but from time to time I am able to get it at the lower price and one that was more to my desire.
