I have a color Wizard of OZ photo actually signed Ray Bolger “The Scarecrow”. I’m glad to see my sig matches yours for my own verification.

That is Ray Bolger and his signature. I met him in person at USC many years ago at a lecture on The Wizard of Oz with him, Margaret Hamilton and Mervyn Leroy. That is definitely his signature.
