[MOPO] BAD FEEDBACK AFTER 2 YEARS

i just received bad ebay feedback after a transaction wherein i was the buyer 2 years ago.

 

the ebay item page has long been removed.  how is this possible.  yikesssssssss dealing with the fools, again, at ebay!!!!

 

(i was the buyer.  fragile %120.00 item from france wrapped in a Pampers box with no insulation arrived damaged.  Refund refused.  ultimately, credit card company, after lots of effort on my part, agreed to a full chargeback. )

 

now, almost 2 years later, feedback was left tonight!!!!!

 

any thoughts how this seller was able to override the ebay feedback system to lerave feedback now?   ebay's own site says about 90 days!!!!
