JR, Evan and All,
I've studied on this one for years, and have it almost narrowed down 100% for the last summer inserts being in Summer to Fall of 1985. Columbia/Tri Star, MGM and Fox were the last 3 doing them. I seem to remember Silverado and Commando having inserts, but not 100% sure. Prizzi's Honor and Cat's Eye were two of the last in 1985; have these on hand so certain of their existence. Warners last was City Heat in December of 1984.
