I won a bid for linenbacking also and paid Frank Santos for 10 posters. However, since he has no track record I only gave him 5 lesser valued posters as a trial run and brought them to his home. He lives approximately 1/2 hour drive from my home.
I have been in touch with him and he is in need of more surgery. He has been in and out of hospitals lately. Based on my feelings I believe he is not out to cheat anyone and will do everything he can to finish the work. If not, he will return all posters. He is guilty of not keeping you informed on a timely basis and he said he would email everyone. Please let me know if he does not do so as I am most likely the closest (in distance ) to him and will speak to him if you want me to do so.
