I went to Security Center and clicked on the choice for
Account Fraud. I described what happened and included
my username (I did *not* include my password). It might
have helped that I had no legitimate auction listings, so it
was easy to determine which were valid and which were
fraudulent. They were all fraudulent.

However, today I've now received two automated messages
from eBay telling me that my listings are being taken down
for Vero violations. That there are no listings seems to be
meaningless. And as far as I could tell, the fraudulent
listings were for legitimate boxed sets of TV episodes, so I
can't figure out what they think were in violation.

we know, in case this happens to someone else, how did you get them to pay
attention to you. What form of contact did you use... or specific technique
in the Security Center... to get their attention? Is there a specific email
address or phone number they have setup for people who have had their
accounts hacked?
