I occasionally find something I need on the group also. I just recently bought a poster from Kirby. I owned the original of Roman Holiday, but had always really liked the later rerelease and he had one. In addition, it is always fun to hear other collector's stories of acquisitions or what they continue to look for. I feel a kindred spirit with many. For years, friends would say to me, "gee I didn't know what to get you for a gift" (this was back when posters were cheap and all my friends knew I collected posters). I would think "da", "have a look at my walls." They never took the poster thing seriously. They do now!! It is good to know you also and, even though, you are near completion of your collection, it is always fun to hear or see what you picked up lately. Through this forum, meeting Kirby, Bruce, Tom, John, Sue and all the great
people in this business has helped me to enjoy fantastic success "chasing my
dream" of building the most complete private AA winner OS collection in the
world. It's been a heck of a lot of fun, too.
