[MOPO] Ebay customer service phone number, anyone?

Hi Folks,

     I know numbers have been passed around in the past so figure someone has one.  I have a neighbor who had her ebay account hijacked.  She has had it fixed since but needs to check on something and just getting canned emails from ebay.  Can someone give me a customer service phone number for ebay (non-powerseller)?  I appreciate your help.
