Last year, I found (for $40) a rolled Alien advance in a collectible/comics shop in Chicago in the shadows of Wrigley. I had to go back a couple of times to find the shop open for business.
I had only become aware of the style (and its value) a few months before I saw it.
The more you know, the luckier you get.
