Steve and others,
Its obvious that this system is strictly for
STORAGE, and very inadequate for DISPLAY. But I always wondered, how do
you find a specific poster under this system of storage, and especially, how do
you pull one out, not to mention several, to show it to a fried?(I know, very
carefully, but seriously)

I use flat file folders (think of the little folders you hang
in a desk drawer). My flat file cabinet will fit a 42"x38" flat file
folder, I think. Anyway, I keep every one of my posters stored flat and
in one of three flat file cabinets I have. They are super-sweet for
movie posters!
And yeah, I would never buy them new, way to freaking
expensive. I got all three of mine for $150, an absolute
steal.
