Hi,
I finally had one of those people who thought they were bidding on a movie
and not a movie photo or poster. I refunded her Paypal payment, but how do I
get back my auction fees from ebay? Do I file it as a non paying bidders
complaint with mutual agreement as the reason? Or is there some other way to
get
back my fees. I know I am out the listing fee. I don't want to complain about
the person, I just don't want to pay the sales fee.
