I have just filed a report with the FBI cyber fraud department and suggest
any other victims of the linen backing non service. I receive no response
to emails or phone calls and Rich received no response to a registered
letter. I just ask that my posters be returned as is, but still no
response.
I think we have been had. I lost over $3700 worth of posters. I will be
going various avenues such as small claims etc. if the FBI route doesn't
create results. I think it is important to pursue all avenues to discourage
others from taking advantage of trusting consumers.
