Looks somewhat like Hirschfeld but I think he was doing posters exclusively for MGM in the 30s and 40s. This one's for RKO. There were other caricaturists who worked in a similar style and it wouldn't surprise me if RKO used one of them to give this poster more of an "MGM look."
